Description
This Fulham vacation rental is both homely and luxurious, perfect for family accommodation; a real home from home. Located in the heart of Parsons Green, the tree-lined Alderville Road is one of the prettiest in the neighbourhood, with Hurlingham Park at one end of the street, and the boutiques of New King's Road at the other.

LIVING & EATING
A neutral palette and clean design make for a light, elegant living room. This room carries through to an open planned kitchen and dining room. With an island at the centre, a sofa, and a dining table overlooking the ground floor terrace, this is a room for sociable cooking and dining. At the far end of the kitchen, full-width folding doors lead out onto a decked terrace. The second living room and study in the basement has a large sofa and flat-screen TV. There’s also a desk with two chairs and a computer and a printer. It has plenty of natural light from the double glass doors at one end, and from the glass ceiling panel that brings light through from the kitchen. The upstairs study with a wooden desk and an office chair open out onto the roof terrace. The terrace itself has panoramic views out over the sloping roofs of the neighbouring houses.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The house has four bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed (5ft wide) and ensuite. The lower ground floor room can be configurable as a twin room, or one king-size bed (5ft wide), there is a bathroom at this level. There are two additional bedrooms, each with ensuite and standard double beds (4.5ft wide).

ACCESS & LAYOUT
The front door is at ground level. There is a fully developed basement area with a living room, utility room, bedroom, and bathroom. 

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
When you are ready to venture out you are conveniently located a few minute’s walk from Parson’s Green tube stop or 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway. This home enjoys a superb situation with the West End within 25 minutes door to door. This quiet residential neighbourhood boasts a wealth of local amenities, including an excellent pub, local butcher, and cafe all within a few minute’s walk of the front door. Parsons Green is just a moment's walk from the vacation rental, boasting two fabulous restaurants side by side; Claude's Kitchen and Cote. The Fulham Road, with its endless shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, and theatres attests to its status as the new go-to place for upscale attractions. On the boundary between Chelsea and Fulham, any veteran sports fan seeking to catch a glimpse of 2012 F.A. Cup winners and European Champions, Chelsea F.C., can book a seat for a home game at the Stamford Bridge stadium located just next to Fulham Broadway station. This holiday rental also borders the famous King’s Road, a delightful mix of chain stores and high-end boutiques. The area is home to the impressive exhibitions at the Saatchi Gallery, the horticultural displays of the Chelsea Physics Garden and the splendor of Sir Christopher Wren’s Royal Hospital, which plays annual host to the Chelsea Flower Show.

This Fulham holiday rental will suit a family or large parties, in particular, our American clients will appreciate the state of the art appliances and sleek and elegant interior throughout. We were 4 adults staying at Ivy's place for 5 days and we were very happy with our experience! The team responds messages very quickly and provided clear instructions before our arrival. The house is very large, with two spacious living rooms, a large kitchen, an office, and 4 bedrooms distributed accross 4 floors: 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom in the basement (keep that in mind in case anyone in your travelling group has difficulty with stairs). Each bedroom had an individual bathroom, which is very convenient. Kitchen and laundry appliances were new and fully functional. Location was outstanding: close to the subway and bus lines, three supermarkets nearby (3-7min walking distance) and plenty of restaurants and stores around. No noise around the house, very quiet and comfortable to sleep. Great experience!

My husband and I brought our 4 adult children to the UK for a week holiday. We all were so happy with this property. We loved the neighborhood and all Fulham has to offer. We loved the close proximity to the tube station, as it was very convenient to get to and from London. The home itself is lovely with plenty of space and privacy for everyone and all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the open air kitchen and the garden space. It really felt like a home away from home. We hope to visit again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this awesome house! The check-in process was very easy and quick, the house had everything we needed (from towels and toiletries to any appliance/tool in the kitchen) and was spacious and luxurious, yet homy and cozy. The location was absolutely stunning: beautiful neighborhood and extremely convenient, right next to several grocery stores and restaurants, and a few minutes walk to the tube (with a direct line leading to central London in less than 20 minutes). We also adored the beautiful park right down the street, where kids and adults alike enjoyed playing. We will definitely keep this address in mind for our next visit to London.

It is beautifully decorated, very spacious and we particularly loved the outdoor area. It is located on a lovely residential street in a very family friendly area.
