For the price the kitchen should be a bit easier to cook and wash dishes. It isn’t a place for cooking for more than one, maybe two. However, we loved our stay here! We were with our 2 adult children and each of us had so much space and the the ability to relax and feel very much at home. One of us had to have a work space, and it was perfect. The apartment is more spacious and prettier than photos. We could not have been happier with the apartment and the location. We highly recommend this spot and accommodation as a place to thoroughly enjoy all that London has to offer!!

Beautifully decorated place in a good location. Host was helpful when there was a problem and quick to respond. Would recommend.

Staff very responsive and accommodating. Location busy for me but most people would love because of ease of access to stores, restaurants, etc. Just around corner from Pont and Walton streets which very quickly gets you out of bustle of tourist area. Great location

Flat was very clean and well equipped. Neighborhood was nice and tube just across the street.

We had a wonderful stay over the holidays the flat is in an amazing location, easy to get everywhere. Having the bedroom downstairs allowed all of us to have some separate space which was great while traveling with our teenager. Will definitely stay here again

This is our second stay with Ivy Lettings and won't be our last. My husband and I visit London often to visit relatives who live in the Soho area, so the location was ideal. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciate the team's efforts to make it possible! 

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay although we spent most of it exploring the vibrant neighborhood, which has so much to offer! The home is comfortable, charming and spacious. We would highly recommend this agency and look forward to our next stay.

Having lived in London for five years, I come back to London every year for Christmas to visit family. I love to stay in the Mayfair area, and this apartment did not disappoint. The location is fantastic, very convenient to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The building is lovely and I was very comfortable there. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The team at Ivy is top-notch. We had a number of small issues, and they responded to our emails quickly and with solutions. You feel like you are supported during your stay, and they are all so friendly in their communication. Looking forward to recommending Ivy Lettings to our friends and family who travel.

We really loved this apartment and were sorry to leave it. It was very comfortable, centrally located with a great market for necessities, and the perfect size. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was great being near the Battersea Power Station and Park. There were bus and tube stations close by for east transportation. We had easy and quick communication with the host when needed. Thanks very much for a great Christmas stay!

Location was fantastic. Being 5 minutes walk from Kings Road was fantastic. There was so much to see and do and it was all very close. The house was very comfortable, spacious and a lovely setting for Christmas lunch. We loved the artwork and the personal touches around the home. It made us feel like we were staying with friends. The weather was pretty ordinary but that’s London in winter. There were umbrellas supplied which was very much appreciated. We would love to come back one day.

Great time in Chelsea. The weather was rainy and cloudy. The flat was a little dark but lovely and warm . We enjoyed the view of the pretty garden but wished for a dry day when we could have sat outside. Very quiet and peaceful.

This apartment is just around the corner from King's Cross Station, less than a 10 minute walk away, and there are many subways and bus lines nearby, making it easy to get around. The apartment is fully equipped with a full set of kitchenware and utensils, a dishwasher, a dishwasher, and even a Chinese frying pan, which is very convenient for those who like Chinese food.The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are large and comfortable to stay in. The IVY team was very welcoming and meticulous, I had an evening flight when I left, they let me check out for free until 5:30 pm for free, I would like to thank them very much and hope to have the opportunity to stay in the apartment managed by the IVY team again next time.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. There was enough space for a group of 5 and the styling of the apartment is gorgeous. It is situated in a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood, walking distance to bakeries, restaurants and traditional pubs. The local train station is easy walking distance, making getting around London easy.

While planning my Christmas visit to London, I originally picked this unit because it is close to where my daughter lives. But, it turned out to be so much more. Very cute, very well appointed (plenty of towels, blankets, pans, utensils, chairs) and a great location (so close to Harrod's and yet in a quintessential London neighborhood.) Cozy but in a good way - I was able to host our gift exchange with appetizers for five without any problems. Two notes of caution - first, I might have missed that "garden" level means below street level. It was a bit disconcerting until I actually got inside the apartment as the big window provided plenty of light and it did not feel "underground" at all. Secondly, the ladder to the loft/bed area is quite steep - it wasn't a problem as my son was able to scamper it quite well and I slept on the first floor bed (which was very comfortable I might add). The host/management was exceptionally responsive and, in particular, very helpful in coordinating with my daughter to go back into the unit after we departed upon the discovery that my son left a purchase behind. Overall, a great place which I will happily rent again.

We wanted a flat in London area for an extended stay over Christmas. It was nice to have an agency involved in the letting so we could trust that the property would be available and as-described. Ivy Lettings even sent us a video of the property when I had specific questions prior to reserving. Their communication was very responsive. The flat was perfect for our needs, very clean and comfortable, and in a great location. I would definitely use Ivy again on our next trip.

Spent 9 nights over the Christmas period here, being in Kensington you have easy links to the tube in zone 1. The apartment itself is clean and bright with access to a private garden. Supermarket up the road and many pubs nearby. Not many issues, being in a busy area there is some traffic noise.

The house is perfect for families. There is enough space to spread out and the kitchen is a wonderful gathering place. The neighborhood is full of little cafes, restaurants and shops. The hosts were responsive and the check in procedure was easy and quick.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It's location is perfect in Kensington - away from the hustle and bustle of other areas of London, but still in the heart of things. The comfortably held the eight members of my family in beautiful bedrooms with everything we needed. We absolutely recommend!

This house is in a great location. It is very easy to get into Central London - just 10 minutes from Wandsworth Common which is only a 5 minute walk away. The area is safe, in an affluent area, and very family orientated. The property itself is gorgeous, everything is very high spec. Beautiful kitchen, fabulous showers. We brought our two little boys and everything worked out great. I’d definitely recommend this property without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and bigger than I expected. Perfect for my husband, myself and our two grown daughters. The kitchen (very well equipped), as well as the bathrooms had been renovated. The bedrooms were a good size and the mattresses were comfortable. The outdoor space off the top floor looked nice with a table and chairs but it was too cold to sit out there. The location was excellent - hard to find better. A lovely quiet street that is close to so much and we walked most places. The management company was very responsive and helpful - when my daughter got sick, they recommended a few Dr’s close by. My only issue was the noise of the tube, to be fair I knew about it from other reviews and the listing. We got used to it plus we were out and about during the day. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to to rent the house again.

Clean, comfortable, Christmas stay with family. I’m big on clean and it is. Great books in living room! Wonderful time. Located in the City of Westminster on a quiet street. Church across street does ring bells in the morning. 12 minute walk to the tube and bus. Fully stocked kitchen. Spacious comfortable living room and big kitchen table. Excellent, quick communication with Management company. Felt like home for the week. Would rent it again in a flash. Thank you for a lovely stay

Winchester Street was a delightful place for our 5 night stay over Christmas. The apartment is as described and was very clean. The two bathrooms were particularly good including a large deep bath which was perfect after a long day of walking. Pimlico is fairly easy walking distance to all major attractions or the apartment is a 5-10 minute easy walk to Victoria station.

What can I say that's new or different. Chelsea is a vibrant local community within easy reach of everything London has to offer. Christmas here is special. 

Absolutely loved our stay at Sinclair Road property! The attention to detail was impressive, from the stylish decor to the well-equipped kitchen. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. 100% as the pictures advertised. The location was perfect—close to attractions via tubes and buses. The Sinclair Road property itself was not only stylish but also immaculately clean. We highly recommend this delightful property to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay.
